Account Suspensions

Restoration Policy

The billing account(s) may require a debit/credit card on file and payment in full before services will be restored. For email/POP boxes, a password may need to be supplied for restoration. It takes approximately 24 hours for restoration of service, regardless of the reason(s) for suspension. We will not restore services without the account showing it is fully paid. Online payments should NOT be made since the account payment will not be noticed unless specifically brought to our attention by the customer.

Reason For Suspension

An account may be suspended for the following reasons:

  • Credit Card was declined and no response from email sent to customer requesting a new card
  • Non-payment of invoices
  • Customer request
